Animal Friends
“To me, Danny was an amazing being, and it was like a perfect dictionary to teach me life. I never thought I would learn this teaching.”

After reading the book because of the interesting book title, I felt overwhelmed and warm-hearted.
I thought it would be just a story about praise of animals, but it turns out to be a story about what we need to think about as a human being and what we need to realize through relationships with animals. It is a story where we realize the dignity of human beings we never thought of.
It is often said that we ‘raise’ and ’adopt’ animals. However, when people have deep ties with animals, they all realize”Ah! I’m raised!” or “I’m being loved.”
While we mistake the Earth as ours, the world is attacked by all kinds of natural disasters and viruses. However, foolish humans do not realize it as an ‘attack,’ only complaining injustice.
“Laputa: Castle in the Sky (1986),” “Princess Mononoke (1997),” and “The secret World of Arrietty (2010)” as masterpiece animations produced by Ghibli Studio are all about nature. Nature is both life and God. Everything was born with a different personality.
People think that only humans have different personalities, but if you read “Fabre’s Book of Insects” and “Windowsill Garden,” you will be surprised at how differently trees, flowers, and even insects have their unique inclinations and personalities.
What about dogs or cats that we are familiar with? Regardless of personality and disposition, we are sometimes surprised at the fact that they know everyone. They distinguish not only the humans who live with them, but those who like them, and whether or not a place is dangerous.
How about dolphins? You will find quite a few articles about dolphins saving humans from ferocious sharks. They also try to communicate with humans in their own way and repay their grace. In the era of buying and selling lives carelessly, people have been mistaken.
Forgetting the important fact that we are coexisting with other individuals in a part of nature, we have the arrogant thought that we can rule nature, give and receive lives with money, and even remove lives at will.
Life belongs to heaven. It cannot and should not be controlled by humans. It is a life that must be treated with gratitude because it has been received. It is not allowed to buy and sell life for human hobbies or tastes, but it should not be taken carelessly.
K-Paper cherished the relationship between animals and humans and painted the story of animals as the first artist project as a way to maintain the relationships. In addition, we will draw a variety of animals and donate part or all of the proceeds in the future to make more beautiful stories about the dignity of animal life.
